With a career spanning decades in the travel industry, Emily brings exceptional experience, industry recognition, and a genuine passion for travel to every client she works with.

Emily began her career as a Domestic Sales Consultant with Ansett, gaining invaluable insight into airline operations and customer service at a foundational level. This early grounding shaped her attention to detail and commitment to seamless travel planning. She later joined Jamison Travel & Cruise, where she formed a long-standing professional partnership with Michelle. Together, they became joint owners of a second Jamison Travel & Cruise office, successfully expanding the business before Emily sold her share following the birth of her son and returned to collaborate from a single office location.

Under their combined leadership, Jamison Travel & Cruise has consistently achieved Gold Status with the Travellers Choice Group, placing the agency within the Top 10 agencies nationally year after year.

Emily specialises in luxury and experiential travel, with a particular passion for ocean cruising, premium escorted journeys and tailor-made itineraries. She has extensive firsthand travel experience across the globe, including Europe (Italy, France, Austria, Switzerland and the UK, where she lived in the north of England for several years), North America (USA and Mexico), South America (Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay), Asia (Thailand, Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia), South Africa (Johannesburg, Sun City and Madikwe Private Game Reserve), the South Pacific (Tahiti, Fiji and Vanuatu) and most of Australia.

Her industry achievements include being nominated for the NTIA Awards in 2024 and helping Jamison Travel & Cruise reach top-ranking agency status with leading luxury suppliers including Viking, APT Luxury Travel, Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours and The Travel Corporation. Emily is highly regarded for her strong relationships with industry partners and sales managers, working collaboratively on Local Area Marketing and client engagement.
