With more than 22 years in the travel industry, Emma’s career has been shaped by a genuine passion for discovering the world and creating unforgettable experiences for her clients. Since joining Jamison Travel & Cruise in 2022, she has been proud to bring her extensive knowledge, global insight and personalised approach to every journey she plans.

Travel, for Emma, is about more than just ticking destinations off a list; it’s about meaningful, immersive experiences that stay with you long after you return home. Over the years, she has been fortunate to experience some truly extraordinary adventures herself. From trekking through the jungles of Uganda to encountering mountain gorillas to swimming with rare pink dolphins in the Amazon and sailing the iconic Mamma Mia islands aboard a Star Clippers tall ship, these moments have deepened her understanding of what makes travel truly special. First-hand experience allows her to design itineraries that go beyond the ordinary and deliver something truly memorable.

Emma’s commitment to excellence has been recognised within the industry, including being named a Scenic Top Achiever and receiving a NITA nomination in 2025, honours she is incredibly proud of. Emma is an Ambassador with CLIA (Cruise Lines International Association Australasia), reflecting her strong passion for cruising. She loves exploring different cruise lines, ships and styles, and sharing honest, informed recommendations to help clients find the cruise that best suits their travel style.

She is particularly passionate about small group touring, where travellers can connect more deeply with local cultures, traditions and cuisine. These immersive experiences allow clients to truly engage with a destination, rather than just visiting it.
